On a tragic evening in Neptune, New Jersey, the life of 26-year-old Tiffany Watkins was cut short. On September 10, 2007, Tiffany, a Black female, and her boyfriend, Derrell Alexander, were fatally shot outside their home on Columbus Avenue. The couple's young son and Tiffany's two older children were inside the residence at the time of the horrific event.
