In the fall of 2014, the life of a young Paterson, New Jersey man was tragically cut short. Ramere Ty'Ron Lockhart, a 20-year-old male, was found fatally shot in his apartment on October 5, 2014. The residence was situated above a barber shop, and the events of that day would leave a lasting mark on the community.
