In the early morning hours of a cold December day in Trenton, New Jersey, the life of 39-year-old Patrick V. Walker was tragically cut short. On December 13, 2014, outside the La Guira Bar near the corner of North Clinton Avenue and Poplar Street, gunfire erupted, leaving Walker with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but ultimately succumbed to his injuries. The incident marked the second fatal shooting to occur outside that same establishment within the year.
