In the early morning hours of a cold December day in East Orange, New Jersey, the life of Jackie Keith Bush, a 65-year-old man, was tragically cut short. On December 26, 2015, at approximately 1:20 a.m., police responded to reports of shots fired in the area of 9-11 Essex Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered an unresponsive male on the sidewalk, suffering from what appeared to be gunshot wounds.
