On a cold January afternoon in Newark, New Jersey, a leisurely walk turned into a scene of violence that claimed the life of a young man. Tony Mustafa Branch, a 25-year-old male, was walking with his 23-year-old sister in the 100 block of Seymour Avenue on January 16, 2017, when gunfire erupted.
