In the early morning hours of April 22, 2017, the life of 22-year-old Vincent Horns of Bridgeton, New Jersey, was tragically cut short. A Black / African American male, Horns was discovered lying in the roadway at the intersection of Stewart Avenue and Buckshutem Road in the neighboring community of Fairfield Township. The grim discovery was made by passersby who immediately alerted the authorities.
