On a summer evening in Jersey City, the life of 28-year-old Rasasim Foster was tragically cut short. On July 3, 2017, at approximately 10:50 p.m., police responded to a report of gunshots in the vicinity of 262 Clinton Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered an unresponsive male, later identified as Rasasim Foster, lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene just after 11:00 p.m.
