In the late hours of a Saturday in Jersey City, a young man's life was cut short by gunfire. Ahmad McPherson, a 22-year-old male, was shot and killed on the night of June 5, 2021. The incident occurred at the intersection of Stegman Street and Martin Luther King Drive, where police responded to a report of shots fired at approximately 10:05 p.m. Upon their arrival, officers discovered McPherson with gunshot wounds to his torso.
