In the quiet evening hours of Saturday, February 3, 2018, a burst of violence shattered the peace on Ampere Parkway in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Responding to reports of gunshots just before 7 p.m., police discovered a man unresponsive inside a parked vehicle in the 200 block of the street. The man, identified as 55-year-old Juan P.
