In the late summer of 2018, the community of Orange, New Jersey, was shaken by the discovery of a local man's untimely death. On the morning of Sunday, August 26th, the body of 46-year-old Michael S. Boyd was found in a vacant lot in the 100 block of Matthews Street. Authorities reported that Boyd, a male resident of Orange, had sustained an apparent gunshot wound.
