In the early morning hours of May 5, 2019, a tragic shooting incident unfolded in North Bergen, New Jersey, resulting in the death of 40-year-old Carlos Garcia and injuries to three other individuals. At approximately 3:30 a.m., North Bergen Police responded to reports of shots fired at a residence on 46th Street.
