On a cold January evening in Salem, New Jersey, the life of 28-year-old Isa Hallman was cut short by gunfire. The tragic event unfolded on January 2, 2020, at the Salem Motor Lodge on East Broadway. When police responded to reports of shots fired at approximately 8:08 p.m., they discovered Hallman inside one of the motel rooms, already deceased from his injuries. He was one of three victims in a violent outburst that authorities believe was connected to a series of recent disputes.
