In the quiet community of Villas, New Jersey, a devastating scene unfolded within a home on Cardinal Avenue. On January 4, 2021, Kristin Ryan, a 39-year-old Caucasian female, was found deceased in what authorities would later describe as a tragic murder-suicide. The discovery was made by officers from the Lower Township Police Department who were conducting a wellness check at the residence.
