In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Jersey City, New Jersey, the life of 30-year-old Raven S. Harris was tragically cut short. On February 10, 2021, just before 10:00 p.m., the sound of gunfire shattered the night in the area of Old Bergen Road and Neptune Avenue. When Jersey City Police Officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a chaotic and grim situation with three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds.
