In the pre-dawn hours of July 27, 2022, a report of gunshots shattered the quiet of a Bayonne, New Jersey neighborhood. At approximately 4:27 a.m., officers from the Bayonne Police Department were dispatched to the vicinity of 21st Street and Avenue A.
