On the evening of October 16, 2022, a young man named Emmanuelle Florestal was shot and killed in Union, New Jersey. The 22-year-old male was discovered by Union Police Officers at approximately 6:39 p.m. in the area of Hendricks Drive, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was rushed to University Hospital, where he was ultimately pronounced dead. Florestal was a resident of Irvington.
