Born on February 21, 1961, in Deckerville, Michigan, Paul was a long-time resident of Croswell and owned Barr Construction for 30 years. He was survived by his daughter, Halie, and his son, Brandon. The circumstances surrounding his death were tragic and involved a family dispute that escalated into violence.
