Jazmyne Lyniece Gibson, a 21-year-old student at Western Michigan University, tragically lost her life on January 12, 2015, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. She was found dead in her apartment at Copper Beech Townhomes in Oshtemo Township. The cause of death was a gunshot wound to the back of her head, inflicted by her ex-boyfriend, Korbin Tyler-Lavern Thomas.
