In the early hours of February 8, 2015, the life of 23-year-old Allysha Danyell Tomlin was tragically cut short in what authorities would later describe as a senseless act of violence. A lifelong resident of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Tomlin was known for her vibrant personality and active involvement in her community. She was a mother to twins.
