Byron Dex Osama Cox, known professionally as Dex Osama, was a rising rapper from Detroit, Michigan. On September 7, 2015, he was tragically shot and killed at the Crazy Horse strip club on Michigan Avenue in Detroit. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. when an argument between two groups of men escalated into a violent confrontation. According to Detroit Police Sgt.
