Grantonio Roosevelt Phipps, a 23-year-old resident of Flint, Michigan, tragically passed away on February 21, 2016. He was born on November 5, 1992, and was known for his passion for cooking and his dream of providing hot meals to senior citizens. Phipps was employed at Texas Roadhouse and was pursuing his education at ITT Technical Institute. He was a beloved member of his community, deeply involved with his family and friends.
