Deonta Staples, a 27-year-old man from Redford Charter Township, Michigan, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2018. The incident occurred at a multi-unit recording studio located at 19300 Olympia, near the Redford Oaks shopping center. Staples was found with a gunshot wound and was immediately taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
