Kaitlyn Cole, a 26-year-old woman from Traverse City, Michigan, tragically lost her life on June 30, 2019. Kaitlyn was found dead in a hotel room at Hotel Indigo in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide. According to reports, Kaitlyn was shot and killed by her husband, Tyler Cole, who then took his own life.
