In the late hours of a Sunday in Mount Clemens, Michigan, the life of 26-year-old Jovon Houston was brought to a violent and tragic end. On September 22, 2019, while he was asleep in a home on Court Street, an intruder forced his way inside and unleashed a fatal barrage of gunfire. Houston was struck multiple times in the face, shoulder, and leg, and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.
