Darnell McIntosh, aged 48, was tragically killed on June 7, 2020, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning near Marshall Avenue SE and 33rd Street. Responding to a call about a shooting, police found McIntosh suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
