Frank Brown IV, a 27-year-old resident of Detroit, Michigan, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2020. The incident occurred around 6:50 p.m. in the 146000 block of Asbury Park near West Grand River Avenue. According to reports, Brown was in the driveway of his home when he was approached by Gary Mandell Holt, a 33-year-old Detroit man.
