Cynthia Jean McCoy, a 34-year-old resident of Grand Rapids, Michigan, tragically lost her life on November 27, 2020. She was shot and killed while walking on the sidewalk in the 900 block of Burton Street SW in Wyoming, Michigan, around 12:30 p.m. on that fateful Friday. The incident occurred in broad daylight, and the suspect fled the scene on foot immediately after the shooting.
