Bennie Etter Scroggins, an 87-year-old woman from Saginaw, Michigan, was fatally shot on December 12, 2020. A lifelong resident of Saginaw, she was a retiree who had worked for 26 years at the CAC Building. Known for her love for her family, especially her grandchildren, she also enjoyed trips to the casino and watching cowboy movies.
