In the early morning hours of May 8, 2021, the life of 26-year-old Michael Allen Tripp was tragically cut short in Frenchtown Township, Michigan. Deputies on patrol near Nadeau Road and I-75 were drawn to the area by the sound of a single gunshot around 3:15 a.m. Their search led them to the entrance of the Pleasantville Mobile Home Community, where they discovered Tripp lying wounded in the roadway at the intersection of Pleasantville and George drives.
