On May 24, 2021, the community of Bay City, Michigan, was shaken by the violent death of 25-year-old Taylor James Lall. Born on January 3, 1996, in Las Vegas, Nevada, to parents Michael Fischer and Rena Davenport, Lall had spent the majority of his life residing in Bay City. He was known to his friends and family by the nickname "5 Top" and was the father of two children, Mia Rena Davenport and Akilles James Davenport.
