Burnis King, a resident of Inkster, Michigan, tragically lost his life on May 25, 2021. The incident occurred just hours after police had visited his home to investigate a non-fatal shooting involving his girlfriend. According to reports, Inkster police were called to the house on Inkster Road around 4 a.m. after a woman, identified as King's girlfriend, was shot. She survived the shooting and was expected to recover.
