On September 4, 2021, Solomon LeFlore, a 35-year-old resident of Kalamazoo, Michigan, was found dead in his apartment on Hidden Hills Drive. Officers from the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety (KDPS) discovered his body during a welfare check. LeFlore had sustained apparent gunshot wounds, leading investigators to immediately suspect foul play.
