Ty'Rone Simmons Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Saginaw, Michigan, tragically lost his life on September 14, 2021. Born on July 11, 1995, Ty'Rone was a lifelong resident of Saginaw and a graduate of E.T.C. Academy.
