John Strachan, an 80-year-old resident of Bay City, Michigan, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on May 17, 2024, while driving northbound on Interstate 75 near Holland Road in Saginaw County. The incident occurred around 4:45 AM when Strachan was shot while operating a Chevy City Express van.
