Devin Bergeron, a 14-year-old White male, lost his life in a tragic accident that sent ripples of grief through the community. A native of Hattiesburg, Devin was a resident of Tylertown at the time of his death.
The fatal event occurred at a friend's house where Devin and his twin brother were playing. In a devastating turn of events, a single gunshot wound to the chest ended Devin's life. The Walthall County Coroner, Shannon Hartzog, later confirmed that the shooting was accidental.
