Justin Shannon, a 30-year-old resident of Jackson, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on April 1, 2015. The incident occurred when Shannon and a female companion were sitting inside a vehicle on Sanford Street. A brown four-door car approached them, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire.
