In the spring of 2015, a quiet street in Jackson, Mississippi, became the scene of a tragedy that cut short the life of a 73-year-old man, Alfredo Ramirez. On the evening of April 11th, what began as a routine stop at a gas station turned into a fatal encounter for Ramirez, a male member of the community. Unbeknownst to him, he was being watched. After leaving the gas station, he was followed.
