On a spring day in 2016, the life of 24-year-old Iesha Magee was tragically cut short. On May 7, 2016, in Lamar County, Mississippi, just outside of Hattiesburg, Magee was shot and killed. Her death prompted a swift law enforcement investigation that soon centered on another young woman.
