Jessie Kelly, aged 23, died on February 9, 2017, in Jackson, Mississippi, during a violent incident at Westwood Apartments. On that night, a group of young adults, including Jessie Kelly, were playing dominoes when several armed men entered the apartment, demanding their belongings.
