Earl Baines, a 32-year-old resident of Clarksdale, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on February 13, 2017. The incident occurred near East Tallahatchie and Hicks Street, where police discovered Baines' body. He had been shot and subsequently run over by a vehicle.
