Ray J. Armstrong, a 30-year-old resident of Petal, Mississippi, tragically died on April 7, 2017. According to reports, Armstrong sustained multiple gunshot wounds during an incident at a home on Sherrill Street in Petal. The Petal Police Department responded to a call around 7 a.m. and found Armstrong with severe injuries. Despite efforts to administer aid and transport him to Forrest General Hospital, Armstrong was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival at the emergency room.
