Demetrius Pate, aged 33, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2017, in Lucedale, Mississippi. The incident occurred during a cookout, where Pate was fatally shot. According to reports, Lucedale Police Chief Callum Fairley stated that an officer, who was passing by the event, heard a gunshot and immediately began investigating.
