In the spring of 2018, the life of 19-year-old Matthew Martin Jr. was tragically cut short in Horn Lake, Mississippi. On the evening of April 29th, a violent encounter unfolded that resulted in a double shooting, leaving one person wounded and claiming Martin's life. The young man, known to his loved ones as an aspiring rapper with a passion for music and a big heart, was a resident of the city where his life would ultimately end.
