In the early morning hours of July 7, 2019, the life of 29-year-old Earl Jerome Cullum, a male from Eupora, Mississippi, was tragically cut short. An altercation at a residence on Highway 182 West in Webster County escalated, resulting in Cullum suffering a fatal gunshot wound. First responders were called to the scene around 2:30 a.m., and Cullum was quickly transported to North Mississippi Medical Center, but his injuries proved to be too severe, and he was pronounced dead.
