Cameron Deshawn Reed, a 20-year-old resident of Coldwater, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on October 13, 2019. Reed was shot multiple times inside his apartment on Dougherty Street around 11 p.m. that night. The incident was a shock to the community, as Reed was known for his active participation in school sports and his employment as a warehouse worker. The initial investigation revealed that Reed was likely targeted in a robbery, as his apartment was ransacked after the shooting.
