Charles Manuel, age 76, from Coldwater, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2023, as a victim of a spree shooting that occurred in Arkabutla, Mississippi. Manuel was one of six individuals who were killed during this violent incident, which took place in Tate County.
