Zachary Bernard Bishop Jr., a 13-year-old boy from Waynesboro, Mississippi, tragically lost his life on December 20, 2019, due to a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred at the High Rise apartments in Waynesboro around 8:15 p.m. Zachary was inside his home, playing video games, when a stray bullet from the drive-by shooting penetrated the wall and struck him.
