In the spring of 2021, a life was tragically cut short in Scott County, Mississippi. Jose Antonio Meza, a 26-year-old Hispanic male from Morton, passed away on April 26, 2021. Born on September 29, 1994, he was a lifelong resident of the area and was known to be of the Catholic faith. Meza was a welder by trade, working for Koch Foods.
