Martavis Brown, an 18-year-old high school student from Crystal Springs, Mississippi, was tragically shot and killed on June 11, 2021, in Jackson, Mississippi. The incident occurred on Fielding Avenue, where his body was discovered in the driveway of an abandoned house. Martavis was preparing for his senior year at Crystal Springs High School and was known as a star basketball player.
