In the summer of 2021, the community of Waynesboro, Mississippi, was touched by the sudden and tragic loss of a recent high school graduate. Chartez D’Markis Milsap, a 19-year-old male, passed away on or around August 5, 2021, leaving behind a loving family and many friends.
